Does anyone here speak Spanish? Or Italian?

Is it true that Spanish speakers can understand English if you simply add an "o" to our words? Like, "Go to the store-o and buy-o some bread-o".

Likewise, it it true that Italian speakers can understand English if you add an "a" to our words? Like, "Go-a to-a the store-a and buy-a some bread-a".
