I was reminded today the the SC decision on this only applied to the first trimester. How did that decision get bastardized to allow late term, even partial birth?
Although I'm pro-life I always thought that allowing 1st trimester would be a good compromise. I think it would get bi-partisan support, and would save a lot of lives while we fight for a complete ban.
