New Range Rover

The £360,000 ($550,000) Range Rover (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/cars/land-rover/range-rover/) Sentinel is being billed as a "mobile fortress" which still delivers the comfort and capability of the standard 4x4.

This Range Rover is built to take serious damage, according to Land Rover

Engineers at the firm's Special Vehicle Operations department developed a six-piece armoured cell, made of super-high-strength steel to protect passengers.

The standard glass has been replaced with multi-laminated bulletproof windows.

Good Morning....Nice! just red about this yesterday......lots of "special" goodies...But I still prefer a little more Ground clearance...and little less outside "Glitter" ....I would prefer the `Ghost version`....when they never see you coming...

Nah, I'm a car guy. Never had an SUV and don't want one. If I had a half a mil to blow on a vehicle it would be a numbers matching rare car from the 60's with a very large motor.

Half a Mil is a lot of money for an SUV.... that one is for armored protection so it would be useless due to it's weight out in the mud & crud. And you wouldn't want to rally a rig like that anyway.

For that kind of money I'd rather have a Ferrari or a Lambo!
