Microsoft has had nothing but trouble since they made the first Xbox. When I worked at Best Buy the original Xbox was the item that we took in the most. Microsoft should stick to making Software and forget about the Hardware. Microsoft has always had problems with item's of hardware on any of their products.

When I was at UPS, we were sending back at least 10 360's a week for repairs. Not quality hardware, although I hear that Microsoft's return/exchange policy is pretty fair.

It will be really fair if they honor this new and better warranty for the new x-boxes and customers who have already dought them. I believe the article said three years?
