We went to a Peruvian restaurant in the area. I like the "risk" of a new cuisine. I have to say, it was quite good. Anyone here ever have it?

No...the closest I've had would be Venezuelan food. They use black beans instead of the pintos we use here, lots of rice, chicken, etc....and the place where I stayed, on a river, had shrimp grilling every night on this massively huge open veranda. God...the smells that food gave off....I'm salivating now just remembering it. Damn.
