That sounds like full neglect and cruelty.

Cats in the box is my answer.

This sounds like a contrived analogy to explain why there is more violence in poverty stricken areas than there is in well-off neighborhoods, but maybe I'm wrong. Alright, I'll bite. What's the purpose of the question?

Liberal cats would stay there and whine about how unfair life is, and how *someone* should get them out of the box.

Conservative cats would figure out a way to band together to fight their way out of the box, and beat the nonsense out of whoever put them in there. Then they'd go to the local cat pub and drink Single Malt Scotch and plan their next mission.

By the way, where did that welfare cat get its paws on "Three Stooges Beer"?

This is more excuse making for losers. It is someone else's fault if you can't win in life.

Good call Russ. It's fodder for racists.
