SAN ANTONIO -- Three people were killed and 12 were injured early Monday in a high-speed chase and crash involving a sport utility vehicle filled with illegal immigrants, police said.

The chase began after midnight when a Ford Excursion carrying 20 people sped past Natalia police at 100 mph, police said.

The Natalia police officer chased the SUV into San Antonio, where San Antonio police joined in the pursuit until the vehicle lost control and rolled several times near Interstate 10 East and Loop 1604, police said.

The rollover sent 15 people flying out of the SUV, police said. Three of them died at the scene. One victim was airlifted to University Hospital in critical condition. Two illegal immigrants ran away, police said.

The illegal immigrants were from Mexico, Guatemala and Honduras and were headed to Houston, police said.

The driver of the vehicle, a Cuban national, was charged with capital murder, police said.

So it takes three people dying before they will do anything to Illegals, and the INS statement they said that the illegals will EVENTUALLY be deported. I bet the ones who testify against the driver will get to become citizens with no problem at all. These people a seriously putting American Citizens in danger. He was driving way to fast and obviously couldn't control his vehicle since he rolled it(He is very lucky as is the rest of the poeple who drive that road)that he didn't seriously hurt or kill any other people(U.S. Citizens).
