I don't think the guy with the bomb around his neck was involved at all. noone in their right mind would lock a bomb around their neck with someone else holding a remote to detonate it. That's just crazy!

I somehow find it difficult the guy with the neck bomb was involved. I mean, he was telling police it had a timer and could go off, they police call in bomb squad, but oooops, too late, bomb goes off.

That guy would have to be a certified whacko, possible, or actually telling the truth.
