Well Kath, the oxymoron of educating idiots hasn't worked yet. They're STILL blaming the toll, not the hand that's using it. I'd say how about raising your kids so that they don't think they need to go out and kill people because they're mad at the world because they are idiots?

Good article good points but he can't put all the points made at the feet of the left.
the watch list he mentioned was started by the Bush admin, and both sides can use it for whatever mischief they want.

and the idea of blocking all Muslims instead of doing the HARD work for finding the bad one's is lazy on the part of Trump and his supporters.

the politicians of all sides are PUSHING fears of huge groups and then promoting lazy, stupid and corrupt "solutions" to their supporters.
All these "solutions" crave out a different chunk of the bill of rights and constitution.
this quote comes to mind.

Politics is the art of looking for trouble, finding it everywhere, diagnosing it incorrectly and applying the wrong remedies.

You don't use a list that compiles names without vetting at any point to deny constitutional rights. I don't care who started the list, to use a list of names is not justification to building a 'no 2nd amendment' exemption.

Kathianne. I would have to add a number 4 to the list, as in IGNORANCE, enhanced by stupidity.

I would rather see the good guys win - the persons minding their own business, rather than worry
about the "Rights" of criminals and terrorists.

Yeah....Bush stated the list, but it still exists. But I will say this, lists existed prior to Bush. EPIC comes
to mind. I ran EPIC checks often. What he did was demand all watchlists be under the same umbrella, not just individual agencies.
That was the problem on 9/11. Each entity had their own little kingdom and would not share Intel
...not the fault of any prior president, either - although the Saudi's offered Bin Laden's head on
a silver platter and Clinton refused it.

If Your Lord Obama wanted to, he could get rid of it. At least he is smart enough not to.
I still cannot forgive his administration for saying all returning Vets were a danger to society.

Even left has problems with the 'no fly list' being used:
