My Dad moved to Florida recently from SC. But he came to NJ where my other brother and sister are, and I'm gonna shoot down to see him. Well, only tomorrow anyway, even though I'll be there from today until Sunday morn and home in time to see the Steelers game! :)

Sucks. Only get to see Dad like 1x per year. And with Jeff it sucks more, as I'm lucky to see him 1x per year. :( Hell, can't afford to fly too much. I wouldn't mind driving more, but it gets tiresome. But I may look into it. You don't get second chances in spending time with your family.

It's funny going "back home". The more and more I visit, the more and more I have to be reminded about short cuts and other directions. I'm slowly forgetting how to get around over time. Seeing new stores, old ones gone. Times have changed! I'll do a little reminiscing again, only to get saddened and reflect back on my life and mortality, and then come back home depressed. :(

But the Steelers play the Bengals as soon as I return. If they win that game, all will be better! :laugh2:

I'll see him tomorrow. The lazy bastard doesn't want to come visit after work and then getting his daughter tonight. So early tomorrow morning him and I will be getting together to go shopping at Walmart. Probably like 6am or so. :)

Weak. If you're going to FL from NY you get on I-95 and turn south. Works like a charm. :slap:

Hell, Avalon, Stone Harbor, and Cape May City are nice.

Quite unlike farther north.

I went to Jersey for breakfast this morning. Good friends, great food with a table to watch the Pequest River flow into the Delaware River.

You left out the 1200 mile part and staring at trees!!

At least I can recover from Jersey. Had I went to Cali I might have been attacked by gangs, dead from smog - or brain dead from listening to the liberals. :)

I grew up with Keansburg, Seaside, Belmar, Point Pleasant... You know, the dirtier places! :)

Where is that? I only at breakfast once while in NJ. When I arrived Friday, I bought a pork roll and cheese sandwich. Jersey is known for them. Problem is, I was in a rush, so I got it from 7-11!! Big mistake!! Not as big as the mistake on Saturday night when I went to White Castle at like midnight, came back with 4 double cheeseburgers, 2 chicken sandwiches & a sack of fries!!

Visited the cemetery, and on way home, while on way home, we stopped at the "Galloping Hill Inn", which was the old Peterson's Hot Dog's at the 5 points road. Best hot dogs!!

My egghead nephew, Trevor. He's like a troll. He's in this same position for like 90 years now, playing his Xbox.

Baltimore, Cincy, Cleveland.... then Dallas... But Giants Stadium is in my home state. While I do hate the others equally, or more, at least I didn't have to grow up seeing that crap non-stop.

I'm sorry Giants fans!!

No I'm not, not in the slightest bit at all!!

I actually have no idea. What DO know is I've had 4 different ISP's in the last year and a half and videos STILL don't load until forever gets here. And I've dismantled my computer and put it back together more than twice. So I don't know WHAT the issue is. I don't have the problem on other boards. Yours just doesn't like me, I guess. :slap:
