I often use Firefox, but it eats up the CPU related to Flash. I have a program that disables flash, but I have to turn it on to watch videos that people post on here. Then I forget to turn it back off.

I often use Chrome, but that stupid Chrome Helper eats up memory like crazy.

I have Apple, so I used to use Safari, but I need to update it and I don't know my iTunes account number.

Any ideas for the best browser? And no, I won't use anything from Microsoft.

I usually use Google Chrome myself. It's memory-light compared to Windows (not sure about the Win 10 version .. I'm not on Windows 10 as yet ..). It's definitely better in that respect to Firefox, who've been offering us browsers that are slow and memory-hungry for years.

Many years ago I used to use the Opera browser .. then, it was known as particularly fast. It probably still is ...

What's more, it's Scandinavian, Peri ..

So, you are implying it is genetically superior? I will download it now. Thanks.

I use Chrome. Firefox got to be bad with unwanted pop-ups cluttering
and slowing things down...lagging.

Windows 10 is a pain. It is hard to search utilities and functions,
plus there is no tutorial I could find. I might go back to W 7.
I've had several black-screen outs with W 10, and my PC has 8 Gigs memory.
