Shot three times, and that was after being dragged 1000 feet. I thank God he survived it, and he did so without life threatening injuries. A miracle.
A car speeding through a downtown artery at 2am. The officer smells dope so calls for backup. They get the three guys out of the car to search it. One runs back to the car to try to escape, and then this happens.
No shots fired by any of the police.
Seriously? If the three guys had been white dudes, would the cops have shown this much restraint?
