Sexual relations between lobbyists and state lawmakers or staff would have to be reported as gifts under a bill introduced in the state House. ...“House Bill 2059 basically defines the sexual relation as a gift so that it can be reported like other gifts from lobbyists, so that it’s a transparent way for people to know what’s going on,” said Korman.

I have always tried my best to give my wife such fantastic gifts as often as time, circumstances and privacy allows.
She in turn reciprocates and its worked out quite well.
I discovered that marvelous mutually beneficial "bartering system" about 45 years ago and became addicted to its thrills, charms, delights, joys , exquisite endings .....
And now the government wants in on the action!!! No way... ;)--Tyr

How is this 'gift' not prostitution on the part of the lobbyist?

Is prostitution illegal in all states?

Yes, 'cept for a few places in Nevada. And contrary to popular belief, Las Vegas is not one of them.

My guess? They're trying to force disclosure of all types of lobbying "relationships" and not just traditional ones. But I can't wait to see the value placed on that service. ;)

Is prostitution illegal in all states?

49 as far as I know. Excepting Nevada.
