I've liked him from the beginning, but after hearing about his credentials I like him even more. I'd much prefer him to Trump. Here's why:



Memorized the Constitution as a teenager.
High school Valedictorian
Debate champ at Princeton
Harvard Law high honors graduate
In spite of GW Bush, his former boss, attempt to exert federal and international law in the Medellín case (leader of a gang that raped and murdered a 14 and 16 year old girls), argued states rights at the Supreme Court, won, and brought the full force of Texas justice down on that piece of shit.
Argued against DC gun laws at the Supreme Court and won.


Issue #5 explains why establishment Republicans hate the guy.

Trump's business smarts might qualify him, except I don't see how he's going to work with federal employee unions.

I don't see how Carson's medical knowledge qualifies him for anything higher than Surgeon General.
