I have a problem with several things here. Teenagers shouldn't be arrested for having sex with eachother. I don't think it's right that they are having sex but I also dont this should be considered a crime unless the person is over eighteen years old. They said they have reduced it from a Felony to a Misdemenor, I still think that is to harsh.

As far as giving out the tape of this sex act to over three dozen people? Shame on the District Attorney's office. They could have found a way to prevent them from having to give it out. That poor girl and her family, what an imbarassment.

There was a case here in Reno where a gal got gang raped by a bunch of adults but she was I think 14 at the time and the Washoe district attorney let the plaintiffs lawyers have copies of the tape to defend the accused.
