This guy is one sick son of a bitch. I also can't believe incest carries a longer prison sentance then being with a minor. Something doesn't seem right about that. I think they need stiffer penalties all around. I think both charges should have a minimum of ten years each.

I mean 2 states have the death penalty for child rapists now at least.. Texas and Louisiana. But it should be a federal law

I don't think Texas does..............

I recently read about it that Texas had enacted that law. But I know for sure Louisiana does.
