Would you want the DA to be Eli Rosenbaum and the person who analyzed your handwriting Gideon (Some Jewish last name)? I think I'd cry foul. A war criminal NAZI from WWII that is.

I think this one begs some explaining, Gunny.

My heritage from my Dad's side is Austrian; from back in 1898.

What is it you are meaning?

Germany had a lot of citizens in World War II. Not many of them were Nazis.
My maternal grandfather lived in Germany during that time and fought in the Wehrmacht. Nazis were members of a political party who had sworn an allegiance to Hitler. Unless you actively joined the Nazi party party and attended their meetings, you were not a Nazi, just a German soldier.

I've been called a nazi hundreds of times, simply for owning a message board. :)

No. Not a fair trial.

Even worse perhaps is that , I've been called a Nazi for presenting cold, hard and naked truth, as well as my sworn oath to never ever be PC ABOUT A DAMNING IN THIS WORLD!
I always dearly despise any person that absolutely rejects the TRUTH.
AS THAT ALWAYS POINTS TO EITHER IGNORANCE ON THEIR PART OR ELSE THE DEEPEST DARKNESS IN THEIR HEARTS (and often both!).
Neither one of those two , gets them any respect from me... -Tyr

Lol, you have! It's become a meaningless cheap shot, instead of the devastatating name it should be.

There are worse things than being called a Nazi. In some circles Hitler is still revered.

While he was no doubt an evil man, he cared greatly for his country, something our leaders today do not do.

Thanks for the history lesson, Gabby. I am well aware of who and what the NAZI Party was. I'm also well aware of what it's like to be serving in the military when a boob takes over. So is anyone else who has served the last 7+ years.

In this case, this Archbishop was Romanian, and supposedly part of whatever they called their equivalent to the NAZI Party. They were responsible for hunting down and murdering Jews.

Being related to someone doesn't give you special insight into an entire subject.

The fact is, the left calls the right whatever they think name will make their PC radar click on so they'll slink away. The NAZI's were socialists and their every action especially during the 30s is living proof. There's nothing NAZI about the right.

Hitler was a crackpot. Just like Obama. He did whatever the Hell he wanted without consideration for the long-term consequences to his country for his actions. And lie Obama, he was actually militarily an idiot. He had the most powerful military in Europe and a peace agreement with Stalin. He had Britain and the RAF on its knees and managed to blow every single advantage.

He stopped bombing the RAF and went after London in a knee-jerk reaction to the Brits bombing one of his cities, allowing the RAF to rebuild.

He signed an alliance with Japan and Italy then declared war on the US after Pearl Harbor. Stupid.

This right after he invaded Russia. Stupider.

He got caught up in North Africa bailing out Mussolini.

So no, you aren't really thinking about your country making decisions like that. They destroyed him in the long run.
