George Kennedy, the brawny, Oscar-winning character actor known for playing cops, soldiers and blue-collar authority figures in such films as "Cool Hand Luke," "Airport" and the "Naked Gun" films, has died. He was 91.

Not George. Him too? These people need to quit dying without permission.

He was goofy and funny in those movies with OJ and that other goofy guy. I can't remember the names of them.

Oh. Leslie Nielson? Or something like that.

Sometimes his acting seemed forced such as in "The Sons of Katie Elder",
and "Cahill, U.S. Marshal", however he was a great anti-hero in several good films
such as these.
He was so good in "The Dirty Dozen"!

Rest Well George!
