That's how much my fat ass weighs. I suppose now it all depends on whether I am 5'2 or 6'4 :)

I've done good and lost some weight in the past 6 months, but man is it hard. Then again, I don't diet too too hard either! Maybe a couple of pounds per month? Spring is coming, most eat less and get out more. Winter sucks! Less here than there though. 80 something today. ;)

I'm actually very happy with the progress in the loss, so don't wanna work too hard! :)

Eating right is obviously the key, and obviously some cardio. I found I get better cardio from simply walking than I do anything else. I give up on weights. All that work, and pain, and little gain. :(

Just noticed this. I hope you burn!! 36 here now on it's way to a whopping 47, and cloudy :(

Yeah. Try it's hot enough down here you can't even leave the dogs out. One of the reasons I sleep during the day. I ain't going outside. Too old for this crap.

And too bad for you, Chubs. I'm 5'11" and weigh around 190 anymore. Careful what you wish for. That new wardrobe ain't cheap. I got plenty of clothes if I could just figure how to keep them on. :laugh:
