Jared Fogle Beaten and Bloodied in Prison Yard

For a slight moment there I felt a 'little' bad for him, just a little. But then today I read the second story, and now I'm glad he got his ass whooped, and hope he gets it done with regularity! Now I can only hope the other scumbag ends up with the same.

Jared Fogle got a surprise beatdown in federal prison from an inmate who has major issues with child molesters ... TMZ has learned.

According to docs, Fogle got jumped in the rec yard at Englewood prison in Colorado back on January 29, and it was not much of a fight. An inmate named Steven Nigg pushed Fogle down and then unloaded a barrage of punches to his face.

Nigg, who's in for a weapons charge, left Fogle with a bloody nose, swollen face and scratches on his neck. 60-year-old Nigg was also injured -- a small cut on his left hand from delivering the whuppin'. Prison officials put Nigg in solitary as punishment.

We spoke to Nigg's family and they're not surprised. We're told Steven's pissed because so many child sex predators are housed in the low security facility, and Fogle was just the last straw.

Sued for Conspiring to Secretly Record Nude Minor

Jared Fogle has been sued by one of his child porn victims ... the first of what will probably be many similar lawsuits.

A girl identified as "Jane Doe" claims she was a repeated guest at the home of Russell Taylor, the man who shared child porn with Fogle. According to the suit, Taylor had installed multiple hidden cameras concealed in clock radios, positioned to capture minors changing their clothes and bathing.

"Jane Doe" says between March 2011 and January 2015, Taylor got nude video and pics of her and other minors. The lawsuit goes on, claiming Fogle solicited the videos from Taylor, who was more than accommodating.

They said that the trustees (Prisoners) who checked in new inmates would
review the records of a person. If one was a child molester, they would write
BF (for Baby Fucker) on the jacket of the record with a thick Magic Marker.
That alerted everyone and was cause to make life really miserable for that
incoming piece of shit.

I DO have a question about this lowlife. I know it's splitting hairs but is he guilty of actually molesting a child or just looking at kiddie porn? I personally don't see the difference but someone I know is making the distinction. And don't ask me why because I couldn't tell you.
