The last 2 days I was in New Jersey they were both between 72-77 degrees. I wake up this morning and go to let the dog out, in my t-shirt, and it's effing freezing again!! And almost literally, it's 34 degrees out. I hate the cold anymore. Hate it, hate it, hate it!!

^^ Not nice to rub in the good weather!! Now come summertime it'll be like 120 degrees for about 40 days straight and you will melt.

That's more Phoenix! LOL! I'm still in the mountains, mostly the 'hot' is 100 or so, even then doesn't usually last more than a few hours.

Now that nonsense about 'dry heat?' Not so much for me, it's HOT!

Sadly for me, the only place I am told in the US that has the weather what I am looking for is perhaps San Diego, and I hate California. I want spring like 70-80 all year round. I'm ready to move now but wifey doesn't want to move until like 2022 the earliest. I may be dead by then. :(

Jimmy..

Coastal Oregon where I am averages daytime highs in the 50's almost year 'round, except into the 70's in late summer
and early fall.

Not bad at all, except for the winter storms with rain and storm force winds

It is gorgeous.

I did live in Humboldt County CA, and loved the Redwoods. But the cost of
living was crazy there.

Ha! Well, we've had absolutely beautiful spring-like weather here for the past two days. I've gottem a LOT of gardening/planting done, am about half done. Now.....if or as long as we don't have a mid-April freeze (like we've had before ....like....last year, for instance).....

I'll be happy as can be with a jumpstart on the growing season. If Murphy kicks my ass again this spring....I'll be out ahuntin Murphy with a loaded shotgun....

and singing the blues (again).

Florida's nice, weather wise, anyway.

I have to say, I am loving this weather. I opened a window and cool fresh air came in. Something I can never say when it's hot outside.

I prefer high 60s, but we never seem to get that unless it's also raining.

Another beautiful spring like day today. More planting of tomatoes and peppers .....and tomorrow I need to go to a feed store and pick up two bales of hay for mulch. I LOVE SPRING!!!!!!

That's most likely my destination. My in-laws are there now and there home will be my home. "Solivita"? Too boring there for me though, I would rather be near the coast somewhere, but still somewhere where I don't blow away!!

I've heard (and seen) that it is beautiful in Oregon....but since I'm a tropical gal, it would be way too cold, rainy and cloudy for me. I have to have sunshine!

I am not a fan of humidity.

Mid-East coast around through the Gulf gets very humid.
I remember that in the river valley's of West Virginia and in
Tidewater Virginia. You could cut the humidity with a knife.

I agree. While FL is one up most of the time on AZ for winter temps, at least in South FL, not so great from June-September regarding humidity. Uggg!
