Several years back, the Navy decided to put goats on the Navy's communication center
in Oceana Virginia. The idea was to have the goats crop down the grass so the crew
did not have to do it - or to contract it out. A Comms Cen is Restricted, so getting a
bonded outsider contractor to do the work would be expensive.

Well...the goat idea did not last. They made more of a mess than was useful!:laugh2:
