I honestly can't believe folks want to ban people for being idiots. Or fools. Or right when we are wrong. or Whatever. Look, as long as somebody isn't sniping - constantly poking and being a general turd (see: glockmail), they shouldn't be banned - just skip their posts.

No. Let him talk. He should have the same privileges as the rest of us as long as he stays within Jim's rules. My simple common sense rule is: you got nobody to argue with if you get rid of everyone that will argue with you.

He doesn't disrupt the board. Just a few people. I really don't pay attention to him unless he responds to me. He's no worse than the rest of us. We ALL have opinions. Let him have his. A cool-down ban, IMO, is fine. A perma-ban because some don't like him? Not so much. Again, IMO.

I think this thread is inappropriate, myself. Jim owns the board and runs the staff. It's up to him and/or his staff. There are people on this board I'd just as soon shoot as look at. Big picture-wise, I don't have to pay attention to them and they contribute whether or not anyone agrees with them.
