Here's the problem:


The court, with four conservative justices and four liberals, seemed divided along ideological lines during 90 minutes of arguments in the case brought by 26 states led by Texas that sued to block Obama's unilateral 2014 executive action that bypassed Congress.

WHEN will they start deciding based NOT on their political leanings, but on the F'ing CONSTITUTION? :(


When will congress get ahold of the courts and fix their issue, and vice-versa?

When Congress stops acquiescing to the executive, avoiding all of its Constitutional responsibilities.
