Boulder Judge Dolores Mallard told Becca Vandb that her interest in the chemtrail conspiracy – which holds that some contrails emitted by commercial and military aircraft are in fact part of clandestine geoengineering programs – was a radical view because “99% of people would know those are just contrails.”

Vandb said that the inquiry was triggered after she raised the subject of chemtrails during a visit to her daughter’s school and was immediately told to leave the premises.

“I can now only see my daughter with a social security worker standing over me taking notes, and the judge said this was so that if I mention chemtrails they would put a stop to that. I am being railroaded for expressing my views about chemtrails,” wrote Vandb, adding that she had not received any CPS visits nor were there any allegations of child abuse made by the court or her daughter’s school.

According to Judge Mallard, Vandb being “immersed in a fringe subculture” means “she is a danger to her daughter.”

The people that believe contrails are a nefarious gov't plot are beyond stupid and have no knowledge whatsoever of science - and clearly refuse to educate themselves on Google which will explain how they're created by aircraft.

That being said, though, even though I agree with the Judge that this woman is very stupid and is disadvantaging her kid with conspiracy theories, that's not a reason to get involved in her parental rights.

Right, that's what I was driving at. Following the Judge's reasoning, every Bernie supporter should have their kids taken away. Supporting a commie and raising your kids to be commies isn't good, either... but that's no reason to remove the kids from the idiot parent.

Coming from Infowars, I'm a little suspicious that this was the whole reason - I'm thinking the contrails discussion was a sidebar during court proceedings on another matter.

As far as I can tell, this was a custody battle and it happened back in 2014. The Judge retired last year.

The father used her wacko ideas as one of his arguments that she was an unfit mother, and I'm sure there were many examples of bad parenting to award custody to the father beyond her conspiracy beliefs.

Infowars and yournewswire.com omitted the custody battle part of everything for shocker value - this isn't as nefarious as it's presented.
