Yet another good reason for a wall, and much stronger borders all the way around. It shows just how easy it is for people to just walk right back into the country.

-----

WILMINGTON, Del. — A man deported from the United States at least four times since 2000 — each time following an arrest in Delaware — was arrested here again in February, this time with a bag of cash, according to a document made public by the FBI.

Wilmington police suspected that Richard Diaz-Garcia, a citizen of the Dominican Republic, was in the United States illegally after he was arrested Feb. 1 in Newark, Del., about 15 miles away, according to court records.

Officers seized $5,000 that Diaz-Garcia held in a black bag, and $393 that he had in his pockets, according to the FBI document. Wilmington Police spokeswoman Andrea Janvier did not respond to requests for comment about the arrest, and why it reportedly took place in Newark.

FBI spokesman David Fitz would not provide details about the case, saying the Wilmington FBI office was been "extremely busy."

Great- not all that far from us. Wilmington-proper is a crime-ridden city, but Newark is a college town. The University of Delaware is located there.

Obama governments runs a wide open door policy at our Southern border..
Nobody asks or demands to know why he the dictator decides that he can just void existing immigration laws..
Why?
Mostly because this muslim-in-hiding, cries as does the /dem party and media that he is black, a dem and a god..
When he is African/Arab and White..-Tyr

I read recently that when we try to deport someone with criminal charges that more than half the time the home countries refuse to accept them as they don't want the expense of locking them up or responsibility for them. Our solution has been to just deport them as a normal deportation so when they get home they are free and can be back tomorrow from Mexico or wherever. So yes it is just a revolving door policy in such cases.
