Ohhh...Be safe folks who live in these areas!

Worst I recall when I lived in Long Beach was 98.

I saw that Phoenix is on forecast for 120. I think we're still only called for high of 111. ( )

The heat in the desert never really bothered me. The dryness is killer on my sinuses and skin. I always lived humidity. That's it's own pain in the butt. I never had sinus problems until I got stuck in the desert. I don't even sweat here. Thiland and Singapore were the worst for me. I couldn't stop sweating. I sweat there because I breathe. San Antonio is bad too. And you can imagine Miami.

If it gets to 65 here, it is a heat wave!

I remember heat and humidity back East. Tidewater Virginia sucked for that.
Stockton and Sacramento CA are bad for it too, plus the damn smog.

I feel like such a wuss. A mere 94-96 makes me miserable. I am praying for cooler temps...but not expecting it...lol.

We're up to 103, with called for high of 104. We're going above that, around 5 is the hottest time of day here. Tomorrow they are calling for 111.

I don't care what Gunny says, that's damn hot!

When were you in Norfolk? I was at Little Creek 84-86.

It's hot to YOU, ma'am. You're from Chicago. I'm from S Texas. Try 104 and 90% humidity. They're crying here about the heat because it's in the 90s. I'm like heat? Where?

You have to learn to live in the desert. I was out at 6AM turfing up garden rows with a hoe.
