No major ground war. Training and counter insurgency are the two missions. Afghanis continue to 'step up.' Taliban remains a threat. It's precarious. Keeping more troops there, contrary to previous announcements. They will continue critical counter insurgency operations.

I'm not sure what the heck this means other than Obama trying to distract the peons again.
