What he said there is the pity of our times.

Certain segments of the 'Negro' community are so used to sitting back, whining about Whitey (or "The Man"),
yet have never once done a thing to better themselves.. They're the ones who do not raise their offspring to be
functional in society...in fact many never really know where their kids are or what they are up to. These are the ones
who get the headlines....not the very many decent American Blacks who really have no use for these types.

People always have excuses for their failures. We as a society now cater to them instead of calling them what they are. Losers. You conquer your fears. You don't wait for someone to save you from them.
