This man was a class act through and through. Always unassuming and never
seeking the limelight.

It puts him in the same category as Kareem, Bill Russell....and to some degree,
Karl Malone.

I would not call him the 'greatest Power Forward', but he is sure in the top 5.

How long has he played, like 37 years?

But yes, he was a class act, and a damn good player!

Don't leave out David Robinson. He gave up his position as #1 to Duncan.

And he was the best. Look how many titles they have. Every one has Tim Duncan on the roster.

I agree with David...he belongs with Kareem and Bill Russell.

But Malone was the best PF, Duncan only second to him.
Might have to keep Charles Barkley and highly unsung Kurt Rambis
in that top 5.

This is going to sound weird, but I didn't like Malone. And I played just like him. Except he seemed to be willing to cheat. I played hard, but I hate cheating.

Robinson was good with another big man. He was not a center and should never have been one, He was successful only with another big man. When it was on him, he sucked.

Then add Popovich. That guy knows how to coach a team.

I wish Tim Duncan the best. He brought our city titles. My personal opinion is he retired rather than be traded or minimalized. Popovich is looking at the future. Time to let go.
