With Pence flying in from Indianapolis, I can't imagine it's not him. And he is also no longer seeking reelection. Unless the reports are wrong or those reports were "leaked" for suspense value.

Saturday, tomorrow at 11am will be a conference to make the announcement. I thought it a great move to delay, to show respect to the fallen.
