Went to see the Denish D'Souza movie this evening. I was disappointed in the production itself, but I liked the facts that were presented.

Did you see Obama's America? If so, what did you think of it?

Yes. It outlines the history of the Democratic party and Republican party.

Some things I didn't realize .. democratic president Jackson signed Indian Reservation act to take away lands to give to his cronies.... oh, and he owned slaves.

And how the Democratic party created the KKK to keep blacks from having 2nd amendment rights.

Pretty much debunks a lot of assumptions made about the political parties.

What a mess.

I saw it a couple of times and thought it was good. The way he outlines history and the connections to what is happening is easy to follow. A lot of what he predicted in that movie has actually come to fruition. Which is why they tried to shut him up by sending him to jail.
