Yes...he has always been against our petrol, natural gas, and coal industries.

This low oil is wreaking havoc on the economy up here... the state is running a $4 billion deficit and there's some nasty fighting going on as to what needs to be done... income tax, taking the Permanent Fund, etc.

The North Slope is all but shut down and construction jobs around the state are almost zero - everything flows downhill from the big players up on the North Slope, ya know.


That being said... it is damn nice to fill up that Suburban's 42-gallon tank these days. It was a 3-swipe deal a year or 2 ago.
