May not get him in the debates, but will help the next time around, financially:

There is, however, some bad news for Johnson in his steady numbers: They’re not going up either. He’s showing no signs of reaching 15 percent in national polls, the threshold necessary to get into the debates (http://www.debates.org/index.php?page=overview). Still, if he ends up with 7 percent of the vote — as we’d expect based upon history and the current polls — the Libertarian Party will qualify for federal campaign funding (http://www.fec.gov/pages/brochures/pubfund.shtml#General) in 2020, and Johnson will claim the highest share of the vote of any non-major party nominee in 20 years.

And that is how the powers that be keep us in this perpetual state of shitty, corporate, corrupt candidates.

If your name appears on the ballot, you should be in the debates. the only candidates the majority of voters will get to see, or even bother to see, are Tweedledumb and Tweedledumber. Most won't look any further than the end of their noses for a candidate.

My concern would be in the future, when many more 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th... could make the ballot. I just looked and at least one site only has the 4. (Add Stein). What about Communist? Socialist-nah, it's different than Democrats? Etc.

Never do I want to see what happened with the Republican primary again.
