This is just wrong. Don't just stand there you idiots! Remove the girl so she doesn't have to suffer seeing this any longer and then help her mother.

Exactly! What is it with having to video everything these days?

2 minutes of recording could have helped the little one and give immediate care to the lady.

I might have done it different....have the babe get a package for me to put under the woman's neck, opening an airway.
She wanted to help mommy. I can check for pulse and bleeding while keeping the child close until some other
wise adult arrives.

Did that with a kid and her Mom at a pool once.
