I read a lot of talk on this board (and elsewhere) concerning how the nation is going to hell if Clinton wins the election.
What I want to know is, what things or potential happenings are you most afraid of? Gun issues? Curtailment of civil rights? Basic liberties and freedoms?

Not being a conservative, I don't have any such fears. So I am asking for yours. Feel free to be as apocalyptic as necessary.

Further erosion of the Constitution, Bill of Rights, separation of the 3 Powers of government (Legislative, Judicial, Executive).
Further class warfare encouraged by the liberals; further encouraging liberals to suck off the government teat; further insistence
by liberals that a prime precept of this Nation called "Majority Rules" has to be ignored.

gabby. My biggest fear is that the elite, nearly pretend, caring, hypocritical Americans like you, who fears nothing..not even ISIS, per your declaration above; will eventually come to wonder why YOU WERE SO DUMB, despite your bragging about being so SMART, when you discover all the liberal lies you believed were honest facts, but proven wrong...finally prove to be 180 degree's off from your perpetual denial, and arrogance.

We all know you probably are still convinced HILLARY is the greatest since the invention of BATHROOM SERVERS.

So your biggest fear is moi?
I am indeed flattered to be considered so intimidating. And I promise that, should Clinton win the election, I will turn my arrogance and perpetual denial up a notch. Thank you for your continued concern. :carryon:

Of course you are flattered. Didn't expect anything less from you. You do sound so much like Hillary, and Obama. I wonder how you manage to move around in your house, without bumping your head in every door, or scraping your nose on the ceilings.
You only Impress yourself. The intimidation I feel from you here is equal to walking past a Cesspool on a hot day, and hearing you yelling from down below..."Help me, help me...I've finished eating."

I am afraid my lead foot gonna get me another ticket...
More of my once so extremely thick and beautiful hair gonna fall out.
My son despite my efforts to teach him not to be like me--may somehow pick up my youthful zeal in rebellion and chasing da purty wimmin.
And my darling wife gonna make me eat more of that filipina dish that tastes as bad as it smells....
Last but not least-- my Muse may force me to write damn free verse the rest of my life!!--Tyr

I fear continued, unchecked immigration. At some point, this will not be America.

All I fear is fear itself. Living in fear is not living. Get outside and relax. Life is short. Fuck it.

Good question. We should all try to face our fears. Politically, I fear losing my Christian religious freedom, and the ever-increasing Godlessness of our country and the world.

I have a conservative husband and a rebellious teenage daughter. Between them, I don't see many ceilings.

I don't fear losing my Christian religious freedom. I do fear losing the right to choose another religion if I wanted to. Don't forget that many Trump supporters are quite anti-Semitic. And Trump has done nothing to chastise them about it.

Why would you fear being unable to choose another religion? Every move we make as a country lately is away from Christianity, not from Islam or Hindusim, etc.

I do agree that Jews always need to worry. They seem to be the eternal victims of hatred, and we still see anti-Semitism- even right here on this board.

Casting my sense of humor aside for a moment. I share your fear my friend.
I lesson that fear by , knowing and praying --God's will shall be done..
As I look back at how bad I once was and how blessed I am now, I see God's hand in those blessings.
Although I may fail, He never does..
This nation may very likely suffer the dire punishment that it has begged for in its race away from the Light and into the Darkness
our culture, government and mainstream media so cleverly(and falsely) teaches to be enlightenment and paradise....
If need be, I'll stand alone and die fighting anything that threatens my family..
Yes, I have fear-- fear for the future safety of those that I love. And that -with true and just cause..

As an aside--those that seek the darkness and try to harm me and mine-- should--fear me-(if ever I turn my inner-self loose against them) ...--Tyr

Pretty typical liberal-fanatic post. If you object to anything Hillary does, you're "afraid". Liberals can't help lying about and denigrating normal people, even when they're just asking a question.

I have no fear of Hillary and what she wants to do, any more than I have "fear" of cockroaches, loud and obnoxious dogs, or the person who raced the Titanic through a known iceberg field. I simply decide that they don't belong in any civilized government of imperfect citizens, and do my best to avoid them, reverse the damage they do if possible, and make sure they are never in office again.

Gun issues? Curtailment of civil rights? Basic liberties and freedoms?
Yes.

That is largely a fabrication. Just innuendo and opinion.

Maybe he does not broach the subject because it can be too hot to handle - by all.

Making it a corner-stone topic during an election is suicide. First Amendment, remember?

gabby. If everything you said above is true. Why are you supporting Hillary? She, and Obama are trying to control Speech, Religion, and break down the FIRST Amendment to suit their selfishness, hatred, and stupidity. YOU WANT TO BE PART OF THAT? And you fear losing the right to change religions?
HYPOCRISY is growing on you.

As I have said many times, I am not voting for Clinton. I am voting AGAINST Trump.
I don't want the United States to become a larger version of the Philippines.

Otherwise, I posted this thread for the sole reason of finding out what DP conservatives fear most about a Clinton presidency.
I doubt she will curtail religious liberty in the same manner that Trump would. I am a Christian and I doubt anything will happen to curtail that. In the same manner, I want my neighbors to be able to practice their religion without being suspect. I want my parents and my sister to have the freedom to be non-religious.

I am looking forward to having a liberal majority on the Supreme Court. It has tilted conservative for too long. I would like to see a Dem majority in the Senate and eventually the House. That would get the country moving in the right direction again.

So, without admitting it, you practice the Obama/Clinton tactic of double-speak...like saying "You voted against Trump, before you voted for Hillary!"
Not to worry about you gabby. Some others have beaten you to the polls:

Once a lying liberal, your always a lying liberal who plays word games by intentionally never saying the actual words that will make you look dumber than a box of rocks.

Socialism and having UN dictate American laws. I don't think Clinton cares about how much harm these will do to America.
