for interfering with the watch during a case:

He gained O-3 (LCDR). I didn't just instruct and lead enlisteds, but officers as well.

Russ is not a bad guy, really. Just a bit impulsive at times. He turned into a good pilot.

Seriously that's quite the run.

It sounds very tough. My knees could not take it these days.
