It is just an over-used and worn out term for whiners to demonstrate they
cannot stand criticism, nor can they accept direct opinion in many cases.

I am not much into slurs - that is a weak way of addressing someone. But to
coddle down and tread on eggshells to avoid hurting someone's feelings?

They need to grow up and examine why their feelings get hurt so often.
