Not unusual for ANY new ship. That's why they have pre-commissioning cruises, shakedown cruises, Operational Readiness Inspections, Refresher Training, and Shipyard testing that could take (sometimes) a year.

The idea is. Once the ship has a full crew, and ready for full service. YOU DON'T WANT IT TO BREAK DOWN...like it did.

We get our money's worth with the new construction ships.

This is just another story that gets attention from the typical WHINERS.
