It is most certainly the 2nd option. And not even in a humorous way, but rather that he thinks he knows more and is better than all of us in every way. Many liberals think this way. Me? I know when I've been beaten. I know which subjects not to debate on as they are not things I know a lot about. There are lots of reasons for me to admittedly and easily and readily state that so many others are better than me at. Whether that be debate wise, knowledge wise, or just being better people. Bully just simply thinks he's better.

I think I fit in there somewhere, not really better than everyone, and not really the worst bastard either, I just fit the eff in there somewhere! :)
