The intrepid opinion writer, Nicholas Kristof, of the New York Times has decided to dedicate 2017 to not being a lapdog, but not in the way that you might think. Mr. Kristof seems to believe that "journalists" were not digging deeply enough into Mr. Trump's particulars with the clear intimation that had they done their jobs we would be expecting a glorious golden age of Clinton governance in Washington DC. We no longer see journalism in America, we see propaganda. Mr. Kristof speaks of a strong fourth estate, the only way that can happen is if the media ceases to be a strong leftist fifth column.

What are your thoughts on Mr. Kristof's clearly self-unaware assessment of 2016 media coverage?
