Steelers better do much more than kick FG's this week if they expect to keep up with Brady. They could have scored 7 TD's last week, but only walked away with 18 points. Gonna need much more than that to beat the Pats!

Commentators had mentioned the Chiefs defense bends but not breaks?..

I am pulling for the Steelers...

But their defense needs to force 3 and outs...rattle Brady - and he can be reattled.,
good as he is.

Then the Steelers offensive line needs to blow the Patriots off the line of scrimmage and
let Bell do his fancy footwork 5 yards deep.

I just hope it turns out to be a great game, that the Steelers at least make me happy by staying in the game. I'd hate to see a Patriots blowout. If that happens, then I'll have to hate them even more than I do now, if that's possible. LOL

I really don't enjoy blowouts (well not ALL the time), but at least we're at the end of the season.

Seemed like more than a few of the Pats games were shifted from them to another "more exciting" game when they were romping & stomping.

Now, there's no place to go

Of course, we could be on the hook for the price of two Super Bowl tickets, if the Steelers win and my fanatical friend happens to come up with one.

I don't get how adullts can get so caught up in this crap. I liked it when I played it -- over 12 years -- but men were men back then. The referees will decide the outcome of the game. That's when I quit watching. I watched maybe 1 and a half games this year out of sheer boredom. The officials screwed the better teams in both games.

More importantly, read the tweet from Alan Faneca, long time pro bowl lineman.

Steelers get 'emergency wake-up call' at 3 a.m.

Observer-Reporter writer and Steelers pregame show host Dale Lolley has been around the beat long enough to know shenanigans when he sees them. While he doesn’t exactly define what an “emergency wake-up call” is, it probably isn’t the kind that has the hotel’s front desk calling and asking whether his refrigerator was running.

One person on the scene says a fire alarm was pulled, suggesting Darth Belichick might not have been involved.

Considering his pregame gig, Lolley is probably staying at the hotel of the alleged incident, so it’s believable. One has to wonder whether the hotel took it upon himself to rock the Steelers out of a restful night’s sleep, or whether the Patriots themselves had something to do with it.

Either way, it’s nothing new, according to former Steelers offensive guard and 2017 Pro Football Hall of Fame finalist Alan Faneca.

Of course that's who I'm rooting for as well. At least this year I don't see any cheating... but on the playing field they look nearly unbeatable, especially since Brady's return. Gonna have to be the Steelers best effort on both sides of the ball if they expect to win!

I have anger management issues as well as HBP and refuse to take meds. I have to be careful what I watch. I've been a Spurs fan since they were an ABA team out of Dallas called the Chaparals. Don't watch a minute of their games. Turned off the Cowboys game after the first quarter watching the refs jerk them around.

I liked the NFL back in the late 60s early 70s when they had actual men on the field and the NFL was not a bureaucracy to rival the US Govt.

I don't think so. Belichick is known for concentrating on taking out the teams best player, and they double teamed Brown and did just that. Then Bell got taken out of the game... and the Steelers didn't have enough in them from that point on. Besides, the Patriots have that "machine" look about them. Then again, Atlanta looked similar against the Packers. Should be a good game!
