Low numbers at the inauguration don't matter. What a liberal feels about his speech doesn't matter. What matters is now the republican party being able to put forth various agendas. And THAT is what matters, and the left is mostly left to only whine and come along for the ride.

Starting today, the tax dollars you give up will go towards Trump's agenda's, the agendas of the right and agendas of the conservative party. Thanks in advance!! :)

True lib you are..
When obama's multi-billion dollar ideas failed, billions more were tossed at them (to no positive effect) and they were then immediately declared a success.
Yet you and your ilk , never dared to say a negative word about the ffing maggot..

Carlson said the way Trump views the country is "really disconcerting" to many people but also very interesting. Carlson described a "post-industrial wasteland" that you see if you take a train ride between New York and Washington."It's dead factory after dead factory. Trump is horrified by that," he said, calling the address "purely distilled" populism.
"This was not a conservative speech. There was nothing in here about paring back government. This is populism," said Carlson.

I hope he repeals/Fixes ObamaCare ...as he said.
I hope He keeps us out of War with Russia ... As He's lead us to believe.
And I hope he tries to heal what some here think Obama broke rather than make things worse.

I hope he reads the constitution a few times as well, be nice if a president during my lifetime took it seriously. Be nice if more of my fellow americans really took it seriously as well.

I think we will see some right agendas and appointments that pan out conservative agendas, from Trump. I think we see that and agendas of conservatives, and simply some that are right leaning that may not give all conservatives a thrill up their leg. I further know we won't be getting liberal agendas shoved down our throats, nor a liberal SC judge. I'm not the slightest bit worried about guns. Do I think every last thing that will happen during his time in office will please die hard conservatives that didn't vote for him? Not likely. But if he does the things I expected of him when voting, he'll be more than acceptable.

So, petey. You're not changing a thing? http://icansayit.com/images/troll.jpg

Tell us petey. If Trump gets the tax rates lower, contrary to your whining, and complaining. Will you call the IRS and Insist YOU PAY MORE TAXES than everybody else?
Also. Just wondering. If you are employed, or unemployed, and complain about how only the rich people are making all the money. Go to one of your neighbors who has less than you, and ask them for a job, or a pay raise.
If you have no neighbors. Tell us. Have you ever worked for somebody who has NO BUSINESS, NO EMPLOYEE'S, and NO WAY TO MAKE MONEY?
All of you liberal whining kiddies with your crayons, and crying towels are about to find out the truth. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A FREE LUNCH (as in More monthly checks instead of getting a job, or being responsible for your own life)
And...if you have my posts on IGNORE. Someone else who is much smarter than you should ask you those questions.

The White House’s LGBT rights page has disappeared

https://tctechcrunch2011.files.wordpress.com/2017/01/screen-shot-2017-01-20-at-10-02-20-am.png?w=1476 And so the transition of power begins. First up is the WhiteHouse.gov site where several pages are now changing or altogether disappearing — including a page on lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender rights.
It’s just been over an hour since Trump took office and whitehouse.gov/lgbt (http://whitehouse.gov/lgbt) has now been replaced by a Trump “transitionsplash” page.
https://tctechcrunch2011.files.wordpress.com/2017/01/screen-shot-2017-01-20-at-10-09-11-am.png?w=1476&h=780
Update: There’s no longer a transition page. The White House LGBT link (https://www.whitehouse.gov/lgbt) is gone altogether.
The Obama administration introduced the White House LGBT page to highlight major legislative achievements, historic court victories and important policy changes for gay and transgender people. The page also shined a spotlight on certain campaigns for gay rights such as the “It Gets Better” campaign to help those in the LGBT community struggling with thoughts of suicide.
That campaign, as of this writing, still redirects to an archived “Strengthening Civil Rights” (https://web.archive.org/web/20170118120923/https://www.whitehouse.gov/issues/civil-rights/discrimination) page. But, of course, all of that is subject to change. However, any mention of LGBT is now gone.
https://tctechcrunch2011.files.wordpress.com/2017/01/c2oi6svweae4gob-1.png?w=1476&h=1414
Is this just part of the transition and will we see a new page with Trump’s stamp of approval? Who knows. Trump has been praised (http://www.cnn.com/2016/10/22/politics/log-cabin-republicans-donald-trump/)by the Republican group the Log Cabin Republicans as the “most pro-LGBT nominee in the history of the Republican party.” Though those same Log Cabin Republicans also refused to endorse him as a candidate.
The LGBT community has expressed concern over a Trump presidency, especially given Vice President Pence, in his role as Indiana governor, opposed (http://www.towleroad.com/2016/10/mike-pence-lgbt/) laws protecting (http://time.com/4406337/mike-pence-gay-rights-lgbt-religious-freedom/) the LGBT community.
In related news, it appears all mentions of climate change (https://techcrunch.com/2017/01/20/the-official-white-house-website-has-dropped-any-mention-of-climate-change/) have also been erased throughout the site.
You can read more about the Obama administration’s work on gay and transgender rights in this archived press release here (https://obamawhitehouse.archives.gov/the-press-office/2016/06/09/fact-sheet-obama-administrations-record-and-lgbt-community). We’ve reached out to Trump’s transition team for information but have not heard back. In the meantime, we will be sure to keep you in the loop if we do happen to see a new page pop up.

Except, it'll never happen.

It's the nature of the Left that they see the world not HOW it is, but how they want it to be.

Should Trump be even half as good as he promises to be, the Left will never, ever, see that truth. They will never concede it. They'll get proof that they're wrong, but they won't care.

I do love how people SKIP over vital points to make lesser one.
Look I don't agree with your prediction pete But even if it were exactly true i'd still prefer that to the U.S. being owned by all the multinationals outright.

TPP creates a COURT that supersedes all courts and allows them to tell federal, state and local authorities what they will and will not allow. The court is run by reps from the corporations.

I'm not sure why anyone ....who's not ignorant or sold out to the multinationals.... thinks thats good, or is minor issue that can be overlooked... because "China!"

It's not good for America or ANY any other countries that wants to have some semblance of sovereignty.

You can't honestly dispute one "vital point" with hyperbole on the opposite side. Free trade is good and TPP furthers free trade. Until anyone sees the entire document then that is the base from which I'll argue.

Well .... have some sympathy for Pete. After all, when the future happens, he'll be unable to assimilate any understanding of it, if, in understanding it, he cannot also receive 'corrective' commentary on it by any passing Leftie propagandist.

If you're a Leftie, you 'know' that Trump will be bad for America and the wider world. You are certain about it. That the future hasn't happened, that we don't know what Trump will do in his job on a purely day-to-day basis - because those days haven't happened yet !! - is neither here nor there to a Leftie ... a 'mere technicality', awaiting correction ..

I'm not being hyperbolic. Its in the agreement now. And some small counties have become subject to the type of corporate pressure I'm talking about all ready under different rules. One country tried to force a tobacco company to change it packaging to warn citizens and the tobacco company sued the nation under international law. Yeah, what I quoted was hyperbole. I'm not aware that we know exactly what's in the agreement as it hasn't been made public; I could be wrong. But there are versions of that in other agreements but if that is the roadblock to this being a good agreement then trump has the opportunity to fix it rather than ham handedly killing our participation. Is it perfect? Probably not but if we're going to sign international agreements then there needs to be a mechanism for enforcement. Is free trade worth it? I believe so.
