Boundary County and the Bonners Ferry Police Department are being sued for more than $1 million by the family of a 42-year-old man who swallowed meth during a traffic stop in 2005 and died of a drug overdose after being booked into jail.

Well maybe he should have thought about violating his probation before he broke the law again. If he swallowed it he was being a dumb ass and therefore its not the cops fault. are they saying the cops forced him to swallow it?? Then i could see a suit.. :boohoo:
