So has anyone ever even used this site, as a homeowner? I'm posting this NOT to brag in anyway shape or form, The opposite, I'm thinking this site is very inaccurate - or we need to sell today! :thumb:
It states we have a finished basement, but we don't. I don't know WHEN they got that info, maybe an owner or 2 before me did? I think it's simply wrong. The listing is right besides that, except for the prices. Hell, it appears they state the median price for my neighborhood is around $1 million dollars. I find that hard to believe. But we do have a VERY VERY rich section, of course by the water. They won't raise my home a single cent, but I guess they count towards the town average. But my own home, I'd put it up for sale yesterday if I thought I could get that. Hell, I would tell anyone offering that, take a $100k off for a few issues and have a nice life, and I would still be thrilled!!
If only...
----
But now I found another site... seems my one neighbor paid $524k long after we moved in. My neighbor on the other side moved here Dec 2007, and records show they paid $620k. Could home values on a particular road increase in value by a TON in 15-20 years time, would that be normal? We're talking like increases on my block almost doubling home values.
