She claims Glenn and others knew all along about her stance as pro-life. Apparently, some believe, he was more angry that she was slowly becoming more and more popular than he was. I doubt she'd win this suit, but maybe they'll let her have her millions of FB followers and a buyout. Who knows. I liked Beck like 5 years back, to an extent, but he's seem to have become a weirdo in the past few years, IMO.

Tomi Lahren sues Glenn Beck, The Blaze for wrongful termination over pro-choice stance

Tomi Lahren, the young, incendiary conservative commentator, is suing her former boss, Glenn Beck, and his media firm, The Blaze, for wrongful termination over her pro-choice comments.

According to Lahren's lawsuit, filed Friday in Dallas County, The Blaze cancelled Lahren's show after she made the controversial abortion statements last month on The View. But The Blaze wanted to keep paying Lahren, the suit says, "presumably hoping they could find an exit strategy to sanitize their unlawful conduct" in breaking Lahren's two-year employment contract, which was to continue through Sept. 30.

The Blaze, which is based in Irving, said Friday that Lahren had not been terminated.
"It is puzzling that an employee who remains under contract (and is still being paid) has sued us for being fired, especially when we continue to comply fully with the terms of our agreement with her," a Blaze spokesman said.

I happened to hear Beck talking about Lahren last week. He was defending his choice to keep her on The Blaze, despite being roundly criticized by his pro-life audience. I too am surprised to hear she was "terminated". And if she was, I would think this is a valid reason for termination anyway. Whether he knew she was pro-abortion or not, he as an employer had the right to change his mind, no?

Beck and O'Reilly both like to talk out of both sides of their mouths. Beck has long been wary of Lahren's rising star, as each of her outrageous comments has placed her in the news ahead of him. O'Reilly disliked Megyn Kelly for the same reason.
Now both Beck and O'Reilly are in deep manure.
