China has moved 150,000 troops and medical supplies to its North Korean border fearing a refugee crisis (?) in the event of US airstrike, it has been claimed.

Donald Trump's decision to launch missiles into Syria last week in retaliation for President Assad's gas attack caused widespread alarm in China, it is believed.
Japan's daily newspaper Sankei said it was taken in China as "warning" of a possible attack on North Korea. ...

a) Thanks very much for this important topic.
Some say NK is the highest foreign policy of the U.S.

b) China has been a global power. And China seems to be in deliberate ascendancy.
Whether the Trump administration is smart enough to persuade China to cooperate in protecting ourselves from this mutually threatening rogue regime remains to be seen.

Looks like the 'massing' was normal Chinese troops on border-they do prevent NK from seeking refuge in China.
