I was talking about him earlier with my son, telling him about his time visiting the wounded warriors. He was/is a very caring man. I truly do miss him.

You know, I didn't agree with some of his decisions and policies, but he has always struck me as a likeable kind of bloke.

I've read many a stories since his presidency ended, where he has continued going all over the place in support of our veterans. And even before all of that, yeah, he seems like the kinda guy you would enjoy having a beer and a good conversation with.
