Hickok

Just got done watching the new Hickok movie in 4K, and it's so-so, just interesting enough to keep you watching, and most of what they portrayed as events happening while Hickok was sheriff in Abilene, TX was made up. But country singers Trace Adkins and Kris Kristopherson are both in it, as well as a cameo appearance by Bruce Dern really looking his age. I didn't like the actor's make up as Wild Bill Hickok because there was no long hair, no ten gallon hat and no buckskin, all things that Hickok is eternally famous for.

So it gets 3 1/2 stars out of 5 from me.
