This isn't from the Onion, this is a serious news story from the Washington Times, but I posted it in the Humor section anyway because I can't bring myself to call this real news. I've read stories on satirical sites that weren't this absurd.

The American Civil Liberties Union (http://www.washingtontimes.com/topics/american-civil-liberties-union/) backpedaled Wednesday on tweeting a photo of a white baby holding a U.S. flag after users called it racist.
The seemingly harmless photo showed a blond-haired toddler in a “Free Speech - ACLU (http://www.washingtontimes.com/topics/american-civil-liberties-union/)” onesie holding a U.S. flag and what appears to be a colorful toy dog. The tweet read, “This is the future that ACLU (http://www.washingtontimes.com/topics/american-civil-liberties-union/) members want.”

Not sure if you're referring to the same thing I saw a little earlier this morn. I saw a blurb about someone at a school in Virginia, named "Robert Lee", who did announcing or whatever at games I think? And they removed him or whatever so as not to offend folks with his name. WTF?

That would be it, though it happened days ago, probably while you were traipsing around Pittsburgh. ;)
